I proudly hail from the great Southern city of Nashville, Tennessee where country music, hot chicken, and Christ reign king. Growing up the second youngest of four boys, life could be hectic at times but having such a big family helped me to appreciate having authentic and deep relationships. I find just that at the Newman center, a big (but not too big) family that isn’t afraid to push me to grow to be the man God needs me to be.
Like just about everyone else at GW I am majoring in International Affairs, but what makes me unique is I can actually speak the languages of the countries I study. China: check, Spain: Check, France: cheque (French for check). When I’m not grinding on duolingo, you can find me enjoying the finer things in life such as enjoying a pleasant cup of milk and a relaxing read at the end of the day or perhaps expanding my secret youtube playlist of comical monkey clips.
Who knows where this adventure of life may lead me, to the foreign service? To the intelligence community? To the priesthood? Who can know but God alone, but as long as I have Christ in my heart and friends by my side then I will be blessed with a long and happy career.
